2. Can I change the project name?
Yes. You can edit the project name by writing the new project name in the Project Name field in the entry form and it will be saved automatically.
To open the entry form you can either:
- Click on the project setting icon
- Change the name of the project
- Click the save button
3. How do I change the participant details?
In the control panel, click on the participant(s) name that you wish to change details
Make the desired changes to the participant (you cannot leave mandatory fields (*) blank) and click on Save Changes. Changes to the participant details will be saved automatically.
4. How do I add a Participant?
To add a participant enter the participant details you will need to expand the entry form by either:
Click on the arrow to expand the entry form (see image below)
Click on the add participant icon (+) (see image below)
Once the entry form expands, you will have to enter the details of the participant
Once the details of the participants are entered, click on Add New Participant and the participant should automatically appear in your dashboard.
5. How many participants can I add?
You can add as many participants as you wish.
6. How do I remind a participant?
In the control panel, click on the participant you want to remind. Automatically, the name and details of the participant will be displayed in the expandable entry form.
Then, click on Remind and a confirmation pop up will appear. Click on Send and the participant will automatically receive a reminder email requesting to complete the assessment with the link to it.
You can also remind de participants who have not opted in the project yet. Click on the Reminder button on the participants without roles section, a confirmation popup will appear. Click on Send and an email reminding the participant to opt in the assessment will be sent automatically.
7. How do I delete a participant?
In the control panel, click on the participant you want to delete. Automatically, the name and details of the participant will be displayed.
Then click on Delete and a confirmation pop up will appear. Click on Delete and the participant will automatically be deleted from the control panel and will no further have access to the assessment(s)
You can also delete de participants who have not opted in the project yet. Click on the delete button on the participants without roles section, a confirmation popup will appear. Click on delete and the participant will be removed.
8. How do I submit the survey?
To complete the project please click on “Complete Project” and a confirmation pop up will appear. Click on Confirm to close the project.
9. Can I submit the project if some participants have not finished their assessment?
No. You cannot submit the project until all the participants have finished their assessments
10. What if one participant is taking too long to answer the assessment and I need to submit the project?
We strongly recommend that all participants to respond the assessment to assure a better accuracy on the assessment. However, if for some reason a participant(s) is not progressing with its assessment, you can delete the participant(s) who has not finished the assessment and then submit the project.
11. How do I know when participants have finished their assessments?
In the project dashboard, you will be able to visualise the status of each participant represented by a coloured circle. The circle will be coloured depending on their progress.
When the participant is done with its assessment, the circle will be filled and coloured in green
12. When I complete the project, will I be able to access the dashboard again?
