Customer Crunch has recently developed a product designed to transform the way business define, design and monitor strategic investments in relation to data and customer. The product is unique in the market and requires clear commercial nurturing to garner interest from business leaders.
We are looking for a customer focused sales leader, someone who can take this product by the horns and represent its benefit in both commercial and government sectors with senior leaders and C-suite executives.
You will be a charismatic salesperson who will start by designing a sales program aligned to our go to market strategy, build a lead pipeline, knock on doors (via social and direct consultancy), and build lasting client relationships. You will represent Customer Crunch and our service offering, align product benefits to client challenges and work with the product team to implement programs and close sales.
Over time the responsibilities will shift to building your own sales team that will include expanding with the business across product and service lines both domestically and internationally.

Being the face of Customer Crunch, representing our values, our products and service offering
Development of an accelerated sales program that uses both Social media, CRM and B2B commercial engagement across commercial and Government entities from SMEs to Bluechip
Being consistent in achieving daily, weekly, monthly call, email and qualified appointment targets
Edification of Key Customer Crunch leaders to introduce and promote to leads for advancing sales conversations
Creation of a leads pipeline, integration into our CRM solution and ongoing management and nurturing of leads through consultative and strategic conversations
Contribution to the commercial strategy to identify new business opportunities
Work to meet commercial sales objectives and revenue milestones
Design and development of marketing and sales initiatives (including promotions, conferences, breakfast roundtables)
Identification and participation in industry conferences and events in Asia-Pacific
Collaborate with Customer Crunch delivery team to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with program delivery
Demonstrated success in prospecting business from SMEs (circa $10M+ turnover) to top 600 companies
A collaborative approach to working across industries and building relationships
Strong situational awareness and very adaptable to day to day challenges and outcomes
A creative mind and an innovative approach to prospecting
An ability to prioritise across multiple activities and leads, while committing to commercial promises
Have the fortitude to challenge customers and the team to drive results
Are knowledgeable and interested to learn about macro trends and innovation in the industry
Are a relationship-oriented and team-oriented manager

An understanding of the end to end data information ecosystem (data & analytics) of a business is preferred
A proven track record building, growing, & leading high-performing SDR teams is preferred
3+ years B2B sales experience navigating through a organisations and government departments to liaise with key decision makers
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance or related field
Experience in a Sales or business development role in the Tech space
Have formal or informal sales training
Effective time management and prioritisation skills
You have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; you have a track record of giving successful presentations
Familiarity with alternative sales acceleration and or intelligence tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, RainKing, etc.)
Experience using Salesforce, Ontraport, LinkedIn Navigator, Teamwork and Google Apps is a plus
Outbound prospecting success into enterprise accounts
Experience using email, call, and LinkedIn in order to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals, to fill the pipeline with well qualified sales opportunities
Conduct high level conversations with mid and senior level executives
