Being the face of Customer Crunch and representing our values to our clients – often working with multiple clients on short- and medium-term projects.
Analysing business processes, procedures and work practices; documenting business requirements and building process maps of ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ states.
Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans, and costing and resourcing project activities.
Deploying functional solutions, processes and test plans to ensure quality is maintained.
Creating clear specifications for the design and development of business solutions using data and process modelling techniques, and building process maps of ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ states.
Building relationships and working with key stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements, and creating user guides and conducting training.
Analysing and gathering business requirements, data mapping, solution design, facilitating workshops.
Delivering solutions in a fast-paced, continually evolving, agile and customer-focused team where the focus is on rapid delivery with a design thinking and/or service design approach.
Minimum 4 years’ specialist experience in developing technically advanced business solutions.
Degree level qualification in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Excellent business acumen and a relentlessly curious mindset that always challenges existing assumptions.
An appreciation and understanding of technology and enterprise architecture.
Strong agile and consulting experience across varied business analysis domains.
Experience reviewing business operations and recommending process improvement solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, negotiate and build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent requirements-gathering experience.
